Weekly Sunday Announcements 10/24/2021

• Search Committee: The team will receive their list of candidates at their next meeting tonight, October 24th.  They will have a zoom interview with that entire list of candidates, then narrow it down to 2-3 candidates for in-person interviews.  The team is hoping to have the in person interviews the first half of November.
• AWANA
  • Family Night:  This Wednesday 10/27 is Family Night!  Scott is making chili! If you are able to help with setup, please arrive at 5:00.  We will have our normal Awana Team Meeting at 5:45pm and doors open at 6:00pm.  We will be making a pretty cool announcement to the Awana Families too (the kids have been waiting for this).
  • Awana Store: We are filling the Awana Store up with some new items for the kids.  If you'd like to help with this, we have created an Amazon Wish List where you can purchase items directly.  We're being very intentional/strategic with what we have available in the store for the kids, so please shop from this list.  If you'd rather just make a donation, feel free to let Emily Karlsson know.
